This can be a fun experience in our fun off-road buggy's ​ Experience Highlights Perfect for families, animal lovers, and anyone looking for a rural escape. ​ Unique photo opportunities with these photogenic, friendly cattle. Cancellation Policy

Booking and Payment All bookings must be made in advance via our website, by phone, or by email. Payment: Full payment is required on the day of your experience in cash. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your booking and payment are complete. Please check this for accuracy and bring it with you on the day of your experience. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booked experience date will receive a full refund. Cancellations by Roundoak Farm: In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Roundoak Farm reserves the right to cancel the experience. If this occurs, you will be offered either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your visit. Arrival Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled experience to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience or may not be accommodated if they interfere with other scheduled sessions. Health and Safety: Visitors must follow all safety instructions given by Roundoak Farm staff during the experience. Highland cows are gentle but large animals, and interactions should be guided by our trained staff at all times. Appropriate Clothing: The experience takes place outdoors on a working farm. Please wear appropriate footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. Supervision of Children: All children under 16 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times during the experience. Personal Photos: Visitors are welcome to take personal photos during the experience. Social Media: Feel free to share your photos on social media, and don’t forget to tag us! Mobility Access: Please let us know in advance if you have any specific mobility or accessibility needs. We will do our best to accommodate, though certain areas of the farm may have uneven terrain. Visitor Responsibility: While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Roundoak Farm is not liable for any personal injury or loss of personal belongings during the experience. Visitors participate in the experience at their own risk and must follow all instructions provided by staff to ensure safety.
