No arrivals after 6 pm - Please contact the campsite manager for late arrivals. Extra cars on site - £2.50 per stay Small caravan awnings - free / Large awnings: £5.00

Roundoak Farm Campsite Visitor Policy Welcome to Roundoak and Kingsoak Farm ! To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all visitors, we kindly ask you to observe the following campsite rules and policies. Your cooperation helps us maintain a peaceful environment and preserve the natural beauty of our farm. General Rules Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and no later than 6.00PM. Please vacate your pitch by 11:00 AM on your day of departure. Late departures may be available upon request and approval from the management. Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect other campers and the natural surroundings. Loud music or disruptive behavior is not permitted at any time. Respect for the Environment Please dispose of all litter in the bins provided. Leave your pitch clean and tidy on departure. Campfires are not permitted. Livestock & Farm Areas Visitors must not enter livestock fields or approach animals without staff supervision. Our animals, including rare breeds, are a crucial part of our farm, and their safety is paramount. Feeding or disturbing the animals is prohibited unless part of a supervised farm experience. Campsite Safety Open fires are not allowed. Barbecues should be raised off the ground to prevent damage to the grass which are provided for by Roundoak. Pet Policy Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and under control- pup tent £5 Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. Any aggressive or noisy behaviour from pets may result in being asked to leave. Please be aware of livestock and wildlife when walking dogs. Day Visitors: Day visitors are welcome for £5.00 per day or £10 for overnight stays but must check in upon arrival. Conduct & Behavior We expect all visitors to behave courteously and respectfully toward other campers and staff. Any antisocial behaviour, including excessive drinking, vandalism, or harassment, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the campsite without a refund. Illegal Substances: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Liability Roundoak Farm Campsite is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Visitors are responsible for their own safety and pets during their stay. We hope you enjoy your stay at Roundoak Farm!
